To start I made my sauce 2 large Cans Hunts Sauce 1 can small of Hunts tomato paste with basil garlic and oregano, 1/4 Cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons Tastefully Simple Onion Onion, 1/2 teaspoon Tastefully Simple seasoned Salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or Tastefully simple garlic garlic. cook on low and let simmer. In my stainless skillet I browned 1 lb Jimmy Dean Sage sausage and 1 Lb lean Hamburger. I threw in a few shakes of tastefully simple onion onion for good measure! Once browned drain, you can even rinse the meat to get all of the fat off. Also to insure you get all fat off the meat you can boil the meat until done instead of browning in the skillet. While cooking meat boil one box of Meullers bow tie pasta until al dente. I add a teaspoon of tastefully simple Roasted garlic infused olive oil to the water prior to boiling. Yes, I am addicted to these products in case you were wondering!!!
ok Now we layer a casserole dish or you can place half in a 8x8 and freeze the other half in a Hefty 8x8 for later. Easy layering, Sauce on the bottom to coat, next pasta, meat mixture, sauce again, Sprinkle Oregano, onion onion, and black pepper on top. Take 1 Tablespoon Freshly minced garlic and sprinkle over the top. If using an 8x8 distribute these spices evenly over both dishes. Top with cheese and layer Pepperoni's on top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Let stand to cool afterwards for about 10 minutes.Don't blame me if you eat too much!

Totally making this soon. :)
